Specialist HR Master Data and Reporting

Position Details

General Responsibilities

  • Processes the record updates for all personnel transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and evaluations in a timely manner.
  • Identify, advocate for and lead local process improvement efforts for HR Operations.
  • Participate on special projects requiring HR Operations expertise and serve as lead for efficient HR workstreams.
  • Participate in external audits and internal audits in collaboration with Payroll and Total Rewards.
  • Monitor interfaces between HR system, Fidelity and Payroll and work collaboratively with Payroll to address issues.
  • Reporting on HR data, systems as well as databases incurred on HR operations


Functional Skills And Knowledge

  • Demonstrate general knowledge and understanding of labor regulations relating to human resources.
  • Experience with Human Resources Management Systems (ie. SAP HR, SuccessFactors or others) including familiar with time management & payroll systems will be an advantage
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (Both written and spoken)
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-culture interactions
  • Adapt at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
