Position Details
Role & Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition
Develop and drive the execution of recruitment plans based on company strategy.
Identify the staffing requirement for a new or open position.
Analyze market and current situation and propose recruitment improvement plan.
Explore and implement new sourcing tools.
Associate experience
Creating end-to-end associate experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Conduct and analyze engagement survey, and implement engagement activity to support positive culture and employee retention
Talent Development
Supervise and support
on talent development and ensure strong talent pipeline
Provide programs in developing and promoting culture change program
Develop and implement talent management and succession planning for identifying, assessing, developing and promoting high-potential and high performing associates.
Provide learning and development initiatives including design, develop and implement trainings program to develop associate’s competency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources development, organizational development, Business Administration or related field.
TOEIC score at least 650 or higher.
Experience in Talent management and related field.
Understanding of end-to-end human resource cycle, lead to people and culture development.
Experience in development needs analysis in order to align with business direction.
Experience working with senior management would be advantageous.
Analytical Skill: Able to analyze data, situations, and draw conclusions from analysis to support decision-making in the development of talent acquisition, talent management and engagement activity.
Effective Communication: Able to communicate and negotiate effectively both internally and externally.
Cross-Collaboration: Able to work effectively with HR and other departments.
Team Management: Understand and accept individual differences, able to leverage different strengths for the benefit of the department and focus on team development.
Responsibility: Able to work with attention to holistic of organization development and on time delivery.
Initiative: Stay update global trend and adapt to our organization as well as able to develop new approaches of people development.
