Job Description

• Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire documentation
• Support employee data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in processing payroll-related documentation and timekeeping records for employees.
• Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate HR-related communications and assist with creating and updating employee handbooks and policies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for HR analytics, such as headcount, turnover, and performance data.
• Assist with administrative HR tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and preparing HR documentation.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees and HR team members.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency when handling employee data, documentation, and HR records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining records.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.
• Positive Attitude: Enthusiasm for working in HR, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, strong willingness to learn.
