Strategic HR Partner: Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy. Provide strategic counsel and support on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll administration, welfare & administration, and HR compliance.
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to wages, working hours, overtime pay, and employee benefit. Non-compliance can lead to legal risks, penalties, and increased labor costs.
As HRD
People Development Architect: Design and implement comprehensive HRD programs, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career development initiatives to unlock the full potential of our workforce.
Learning & Growth Advocate: Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices in people development. Implement effective learning and development programs to equip our people with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and support company growth.
Labor Cost
Oversee labor cost and identify opportunities for cost saving or efficiency improvements.
Analyze labor cost data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for optimization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree any related field / TOEIC 650
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on HR business partnerships, expertise in HRM and HRD.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
