This position is temporary staff (6-month contract)
Record, verify, update, and maintain staff personal database, organization, and personal files i.e., staff status, change of position, change of salary etc.
Generate reports on headcount and staff status up on request of Management Regional / Group and related office and relevant departments.
Personnel Database Administration of both local and expatriate Employees.
HRIS both local & Group system administrator, including other programs.
PeopleConnect application local administrator to support all related people management modules.
Report all relevant employee data reporting.
Employee card and time attendance monitoring
About You
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science or related fields
English proficiency
Good attitude & Fast Learning.
Self-motivated, result oriented along with interpersonal and analytical skills
