Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, on-boarding, L&D training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and off-boarding.
Process monthly payroll, tax clearance and government contributions.
Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals.
Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal and preparation for yearly salary review, promotion and variable bonus for reporting.
Create positive company culture by proposing company bonding activities.
Propose and manage employee welfare initiatives e.g. Group Health Insurance, Social Security Benefits, Outing program
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial position
Thai national with a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Well versed with Labour code of the Thailand, and statutory rules and regulations
Good knowledge in payroll
Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and strong collaborator
Critical thinker who is empathetic, proactive and resourceful
An appetite for shaping a culture and building a team
Good command in English and Thai
