Manage 80% of tasks related to recruitment, including job posting, direct search, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting recruitment reports.
Support full loop recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with external agencies and job boards to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Write comprehensive job descriptions tailored to specific roles and business needs.
Support all recruitment activities such as; Jobfair, Roadshow, branding both online and offline.
Specialize in IT recruitment, FinTech recruitment, E-Commerce recruitment, and expatriate recruitment.
Oversee new graduate recruitment initiatives and management trainee programs.
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluation processes.
Work collaboratively with the HR Manager and support other HR tasks as assigned.
Ability to meet with the team at least once a week in the Bangkok area.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
0 - 3 years of working experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment. Experience in a tech company is a plus.
Language proficiency in English – written & spoken
Fluent Thai - written & spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
