    Regional Hr Manager

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:


    International HR Leadership:

    • Lead and oversee HR operations across multiple regions ( including Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, India, US UK … ), ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations while maintaining consistency across the organisation.


    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent, collaborating with local teams to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
    • Implement effective onboarding and talent development programs to foster employee growth and retention.


    Employee Relations:

    • Proactively manage employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Provide guidance and support to regional teams on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.


    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Work collaboratively with the HR team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding compensation and benefits.


    Learning and Development:

    • Identify training needs and collaborate with training teams to implement effective learning programs.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.


    International Compliance:

    • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations across regions, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate potential risks associated with international operations.


    Cross-Cultural Communication:

    • Facilitate effective communication across diverse teams, understanding and addressing cultural nuances.
    • Promote a global mindset to enhance collaboration and teamwork.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a regional or international capacity.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple regions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
    • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and international HR compliance.
    • Ability to lead and influence change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
