Responsibilities:
International HR Leadership:
- Lead and oversee HR operations across multiple regions ( including Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, India, US UK … ), ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations while maintaining consistency across the organisation.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent, collaborating with local teams to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Implement effective onboarding and talent development programs to foster employee growth and retention.
Employee Relations:
- Proactively manage employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with training teams to implement effective learning programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
International Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations across regions, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
- Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate potential risks associated with international operations.
Cross-Cultural Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication across diverse teams, understanding and addressing cultural nuances.
- Promote a global mindset to enhance collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a regional or international capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple regions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and international HR compliance.
- Ability to lead and influence change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
