Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, aligning HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR-related matters to drive decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Talent Management:
- Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with the recruitment team to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
Organizational Development:
- Implement programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformations and continuous improvement efforts.
HR Programs and Policies:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training and development needs, creating and delivering programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support leadership development initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Collaborate with the compensation team to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Provide guidance on job evaluations, salary reviews, and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role or similar capacity.
- Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
