Human Resources Labor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation on labor laws and HR regulations.
• Review, draft, and update HR-related legal documents.
• Offer legal advice on employee relations and workplace disputes.
• Collaborate with the HR team on compliance audits and legal risk assessments.
• Manage legal aspects of employee grievances and dispute resolutions.
• Keep the organization updated on changes in labor laws and support other HR projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, preferably with a focus on employment law.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in negotiation skills with win-win solution.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in English.
