Establish policies, criteria, and guidelines for Talents and evaluate and select Talents employees, as well as plan and implement career development for high-potential employees.
Analyze, source, and select tools for managing Talents and successors, such as performance assessment tools.
Develop Talents and successor development plans, and foster participation from senior executives/supervisors in the development process, ensuring an effective Learning Ecosystem.
Develop plans and implement initiatives to motivate Talents and Successors, fostering strong engagement and contribution to the organization.
Develop and manage work plans and related budgets for Talent Management and Succession Management effectively.
Qualifications:
Education background in related fields.
More than five years of experience in Talent Management and Succession Management.
Strong business partnering mindset.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Possess skills using people development tools & techniques, development, and coaching.
