Human Resource Officer (เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบุคคล)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, preparing documents, and coordinating with candidates who contact the HR department
• Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Ensure the neatness and organization of employee files in the HR repository
• Basic knowledge of payroll software will be considered an advantage

Qualifications

• A keen interest in working as a Human Resource Officer
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required
• No prior experience is necessary, but any internship or entry-level HR experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
