Invoice Control Division Manager
Responsibilities:
Review and ensure the accuracy of revenue data from trade promotional income (Back Margin) and other income sources.
Prepare and consolidate all data related to trade promotional income from business partners.
Verify and compare trade term agreements to ensure that all information and conditions are accurate and aligned with contractual terms.
Coordinate with relevant teams to track and confirm that all incoming revenue is collected in full and on schedule.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or revenue control, preferably within the retail industry.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and manage large volumes of data.
Solid foundation in accounting principles and a good understanding of trade promotional income structures.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems systematically.
Proven team management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Flexible and adaptable in dynamic working environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
