Assist in the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Address employee grievances and conflicts promptly and effectively.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Manage the daily operations of the HR department, including payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Assistant HR Manager in 4-star hotel or minimum 2-3 years of experience as HR Supervisor, preferably in the 4- or 5-star hotel.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent spoken and written in Thai.
Fluent spoken and written in English.
