Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring proper documentation and filing of employee information, and handle employee data entry and updates in HR systems.
Attendance and Payroll: Oversee the full-time attendance process, including tracking and reporting, and assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary documentation and information.
Compensation and Benefits: Support the compensation and benefits process through document preparation and coordination, and address employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
HR Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, coordinate HR-related meetings and events, handle VISA and Work Permit processes, and prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
HR Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies. Support diversity in the workplace, equal employment opportunity and anti-harassment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or any related field
Candidate with experience in VISA & Work permit under BOI company are highly desirable
Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading), fluent in Thai and easily communicate with Team Members at all levels for both Thais and expats
Able to handle confidential information properly
Competency in Microsoft Office, business management and presentation tools.
