Manage industrial relations, lead negotiations, develop HR programs, and oversee employee relations to ensure compliance, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement, diversity, and community involvement In your new role you will:
- Responsible to manage the industrial relations with relevant authorities, worker representatives, and the organization to implement all HR related topics
- Chair and/or participate in important industrial negotiations as are presentative of the company and manage escalations where applicable
- Implementing and overseeing employee relations programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- HR representative in site welfare committee to support the management of provisions such as transportation, cafeteria, medical services, etc.
- Support and promote employee engagement, cultural diversity and community activities
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent fields of study
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
- Proficient in both English and Thai languages
- In-depth knowledge in Thai labor law and local best practices in all HR related disciplines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport with all levels of employees
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience or train junior HR team members
- Able to work independently
