Position Details

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
  • At least have 6 years experiences in HR field and 3 years' experience in managerial from MNCs. Experience in the FMCG or relevant industries is preferred. 
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational Commitment: ability to plan, organize and achieve effective time management.
  • Developing Others: ability to coach, mentor or help others to improve their knowledge, skill and abilities.
  • HR Operation and HR Management knowledge and skills (Organizational Development (OD), talent acquisition, talent management, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, labor law, and budgeting).
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required
  • Ability to develop relationship, to interact with all levels in highly diverse, multicultural environment. 
  • Proactive, independent, meticulous and strong follow-up skills.


Responsibilities

HR COE

  • Process lead and ensure timely deployment of various core HR programs (e.g. reports and analytics, talent acquisition, talent management, performance & rewards management, training & development, job evaluation, engagement and culture, recognition program, etc.) to enhance talent retention, engagement & development in the region.
  • Gather employee feedback and identify trends and themes, develop interventions and engage senior stakeholders behind required action. 
  • Develop HR plans/programs and take through to action – engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively driving a more strategic people agenda.
  • Ensure HR processes, policies, and practices compliance to local statutory, regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Trained HR specialist on the process ensuring deliverable of the process to stakeholders, i.e., HRBP and customers i.e. Line Manager and employees.


HR Operations

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage the implementation and process of HRIS such as G-Star, ATS, Glico Career Portal for Thailand and Payroll System, ensuring the data or information is accurate and updated.
  • Manage Time management system and ensure accuracy of data when transferring the information to monthly payroll.
  • Ensure timely and smooth execution of HR processes and services such as compensation and benefits, monthly payroll processing, employee relations, workforce administration, medical and benefits administration, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure employees’ personnel-file and records are compliance to local regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Support the team with any HR analytics reports; headcount tracking, manpower Budget and department reports etc.
  • Lead the mobility support for expats based in Thailand, ensure full compliance to individual tax and work pass.
  • Review and recommend any changes to HR policies and ensure compliance with changes in labor laws
  • Ensure excellence service delivery on day-to-day HR related matters

Business Support

  • Maintain central depository and documentation control of master agreements, key statutory records and documents. Ensure documents and records retention, review and renewal are completed timely in accordance to requirements at all times. 
  • Manage the purchase of air ticket, mobile roaming and travel insurance and company’s cars Maintenace and insurance. 
  • Manage the general Service, i.e. medical, supply service, office support, Transportation

Business Support: Manufacturing 

  • Manage 3rd party vendors which Glico which handle the outsourcing of the canteen food, laundry of uniforms and gardeners. 
  • Manage non- production items e.g. Locker room, 
  • Manage the selling of spoilt manufacturing products
  • Asset management- Domitory, Drinking Water, 
  • Manage the access to company, CCTV to ensure compliance of security policies

Head Office

  • Budget monitoring of all admin expenses (not including manpower cost)
  • Manage the access to company, CCTV to ensure compliance of security policies 

Others

  • Engage and support all team members and ensure open and effective communication exists at all times.
  • Build functional and leadership capability for all positions to develop talent pipeline.
  • Lead team in driving productivity and seeking continuous improvement in service and resource optimisation. 
  • Facilitate leadership and personal development training programs for people managers and employees.
  • Any other tasks or assignments from reporting manager
  • Budget monitoring of all admin expenses (not including manpower cost) Asset management- Pantry, Copy machines
