Craft compelling outreach messages to engage candidates, effectively communicating Teach For Thailand's mission and fellowship opportunity.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in candidate interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates' alignment with Teach For Thailand's values and criteria.
Cultivate strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
Establish and maintain connections with potential candidates, building a pipeline for future fellowship cohorts.
Plan and execute recruitment events, webinars, and workshops to attract and educate prospective candidates about Teach For Thailand's mission and fellowship program.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems, tracking progress and interactions.
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition of selected candidates into the onboarding process.
Engage with the Marketing and Communications team to develop engaging content for recruitment campaigns.
Apply if you have:
2+ years of hands-on working experience with a proven track record of achievement
Experience working in a target-driven environment, and prior experience as a sales or recruiter is a plus.
Possess a “can-do attitude”
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to plan, analyze, organize, and solve problems to work effectively and efficiently
Flexibility (able to travel and work on the weekend occasionally)
