Job Description:
-Lead, mentor, and develop your team to achieve outstanding results.
-Help architect the end-to-end hiring journey, ensuring that we deliver an irresistible talent acquisition experience.
-Implement and maintain appropriate metrics to evaluate and improve hiring processes, team delivery and candidate experience.
-Promote and enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent, partner with the talent attraction team to activate our branding and deliver impactful recruitment marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
-Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field
-At least 10 years of TA with minimum 5 years of experience in Mass / field recruitment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
