Specialist - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle Recruitment Strategy for BU : Strategy, Investment Office, ttb broker, Automotive Lending (Back End).
• Responsible for Recruitment Strategy and Analysis.
• Monitor Recruitment Process and Productivity improvement.
• Supervise Recruiter and Researcher for New Search & Interview technique.
• Monitor and Improve Hiring Life Cycle Process.
• Handle Activity Analysis and report to top management.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 Years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance Industry is advantage.
• Experience in working with complex environment and multi region recruitment.
• Good in reporting, excel or other reporting tools.
• Good in presentation and stakeholder management.
• Energetic and experience in Employer Branding is plus.
