In this Role, you’ll get to
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of talent acquisition process in the responsible area, covering both operational and strategic positions locally and cross-border hires.
- Understand and provide external market intelligence and collect valuable information through interviews or other channels to provide local talent insight to HQ and the hiring team.
- Leverage internal and external recruitment resources, monitor pipeline data and identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process to improve overall lead-time efficiency.
- Manage successful relationships with stakeholders (candidates, line managers, HRBP, vendors etc.), and ensure a smooth hiring process and create positive interview experience for candidates.
- Assist in ad-hoc works related to talent acquisition such as employer branding and interview skill training.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 5 years working experience in recruitment, ideally from OTA/Internet/high-technology industry
- Excellent interview, stakeholder management skill
- Negotiation, problem-solving, research/sourcing skills and interpersonal skills
- Solid experience working in global and matrixed team through ambiguous and complex projects with successful and impact-driven outcomes.
- High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment
- Professional working proficiency in both oral and written English & Thai
