Organize learning and development activity to increase potential and develop personnel within the organization according to the company target.
Work closely and partner with business heads and training BUs to develop Learning and Development plan aligned with overall business strategy.
Manage and follow up learning application and administrative tasks from end to end of learning initiatives Instruct and facilitate trainings and learning activity as assigned
Monitor and improve employee learning productivity.
Submit required documents to department of development skills (DSD) to meet minimum requirement
Record all of training attendance and summary
Analyze and report to management when participants are not meeting performance expectations
Maintain attendance report and trainer’s satisfaction report and other as assigned
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Education, Psychology, Human resource, Political science or related field
At least 3-5 years of Learning & Development or Training experience
Hands on, Problems solving, Good Communication/ Public speaking skill, Service minded
Good to Fluent in English
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong passion for people development
Strong communication and digital skills
High energy level, ability to exercise assertiveness when required
Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Be flexible and resilient and ability to work on-site and flexible hours
