Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and monitor resource required; manpower planning, recruitment, Independent Contractor (IC) development, IC relations and engagement. Lead team members to achieve the targets of IC fulfillment rate & turnover rate.
-Sourcing candidates via various channels including job platform, job board, social media, and our internal database.
-Attracting high potential candidates, pre-screen and interview candidates to meet our requirements & target
-Updated on the latest trends and insight in the market that will have an impact to the approach and positioning of IC build program.
-Co-ordinating with all relevant departments for end to end recruitment process until onboarding at HUB per Headcount Target.
-Conduct the 'Pipe Line recruitment' program to support the business growth and large expansion.
-Involve with the initiative of recruitment strategic, promotion or activities for recruitment such as on-ground recruitment, career exhibition, and job fair.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, preference in recruitment experienced
-At least 3 years’ experience as HR Recruiter or similar role, social media experienced is advantage.
-Skills in the areas of Negotiation, Presentation, Selling, Coordinating and Problem Solving
-Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
-Good command of English, oral and written are required
-Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
