Global Project Lead - Global Ocean Hubs

Job Description

• Govern the overall project plan and timeline across regions
• Governs the design of processes to ensure they are are robust and fit for purpose, and in line with principles of the project.
• Accountable for overall Project Plan and timeline, including ownership of key meetings and milestones
• Leads the Stage Gate recommendation by project team for key moments (Go Live, cutover, hypercare exit etc)
• Support Regional Project Mgr with stakeholder management in Region/unit to ensure change readiness. Escalate stakeholder needs to Project Func. Leads as needed
• Accountable for communications plan for local, regional stakeholders and supports the Regional Project Managers to deliver
• Ensure the proper governance for the programme is agreed, aligned and executed
• Managing the Risk Management process inc. mitigation plans. Surface risks to functional leads for support
• Ensure effective team collaboration across regions including aligned processes and sharing learnings
• Responsible for delivery of agreed benefits in line with MEGA governance
• Tracking and reporting project status and health, including creation of leading and lagging KPIs to measure progress
• Preparing content for & facilitating Project Board steerco and Sponsors steerco inc. escalations
• Responsible for MEGA funding budget inc. tracking forecasted spend & actuals into steerco

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Accountable for the project timeline and budget to be delivered in line with MEGA governance
• Line management of 2 T2 resources (1 x EMEA, 1 x APAC)
• Accountable for stakeholder alignment across segments for key topics
