Job Description
SOP Development and Oversight:
- Develop, implement, and oversee SOPs for RMs to ensure standardized processes and high-quality service delivery.
- Continuously review and update SOPs to adapt to evolving needs and best practices.
Client Assignment And Management
- Strategically assign sellers to RMs
- Monitor RM assignments to ensure balanced workloads and effective seller management.
Reporting And Analysis
- Prepare and present detailed reports on RM progress, including performance metrics and seller outcomes.
- Analyze data related to sellers and RM activities, providing actionable insights to enhance seller performance and RM effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding and offboarding sellers for RMs.
- Collaborate with SPX FM Ops, SOS, Shopee, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless RM operations and a positive seller experience.
Support And Liaison
- Serve as the point of contact when other teams require support from RMs.
- Liaise with departments such as Customer Service, Operations, or Payments to resolve seller issues and address queries.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the RM team, aligning with organizational goals and driving performance improvements.
Team Leadership And Development
- Build and mentor the RM team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a PMO or project management role, with a strong background in relationship management or client services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and strategic plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
