Responsible for acquiring new partners (banks, telco, loyalty program providers, etc) and maintaining relationship with existing partners for co-marketing campaign and promotion with ShopeeFood Thailand
Develop business pitch decks, partnership packages, media barter packages and propose plans and solutions to partners
Work closely with key partners to update and report co-marketing campaign performance, and suggest next action plans
Responsible for partnership campaign initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation on ShopeeFood Thailand
Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders across multiple departments within the company to ensure effective implementation of the partnership plan
Regularly review and track partnership investment on a daily basis to drive continual optimization and improve efficiency
Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
Manage P&L and Report to management
Develop Weekly Report / Monthly Report and create dashboard for business metric view
Initiate project to be in market trend
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
3 years plus Work experiences in Business Development / Partnership Management /
Account Management / Project Management
Strong executional abilities (bias for action), project management and stakeholder management
Good analytical (proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL) and logical reasoning skills
Strong work ethics and performance-driven
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in Thai and English to communicate with external partners
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
