Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and drive data-driven decision-making
• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns, trends, and insights in complex data sets to support business decisions.
• Drive customer insights and project initiatives to achieve business growth.
• Present recommendations to the management team and business users.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
• Good command in English communication skills
• Experience in the e-commerce industry and visualization tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar programs will be a plus
