Strategic Workforce Planning
SCOPE OF WORK:
• Engage with key stakeholders such as Business Leaders, Finance and HR (both in Thailand and Overseas) in developing strategy and implementing successful initiatives
• Work closely with the Executive Management to gain understanding in business direction and translate into a clear workforce plan
• Conduct research & deep-dive analysis to identify problems, analyze and develop solutions prior to formulate recommendations and action plans
• Manage change within complex organizations, including the ability to develop change management strategies, identify & manage change risks & issues, and interact with project manager and business leaders
• Partner across the team to develop presentations to the Executive Management
• Collaborate with leading external consulting firms to execute projects
• Support special projects as requested assigned by the Executive Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions
• Ability to drive execution while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability in Project management, including juggling multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
• Enjoy working in an agile and fast-paced environment
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in Strategic Planning, Consulting, Auditing or HR Strategy would be a plus
