Manager, Leasing Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze leasing data to produce primary and secondary insights.
• Generate regular reports on leasing performance metrics, including but not limited to, occupancy rates, lease renewals, and revenue streams.
• Identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies in data sources and take corrective measures.
• Validate leasing data by cross-referencing with external and internal data sources.
• Work closely with leasing, finance, and operations teams to align data-gathering and analyses with organizational goals.
• Present data findings in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Employ advanced Excel features like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas for detailed data analyses.
• Develop dashboards and other Excel-based tools to automate routine reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to relay complex data findings clearly and concisely.
