Responsibilities
Participate in structured training and development programs across various functions and departments both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade Channel
Work on assigned projects to gain in-depth understanding of business operations.
Assist in strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with department heads and team members to support daily business activities.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.
Attend regular check-ins with mentors and provide progress updates.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports as required.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong leadership potential and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to communicate in Thai and English
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate or travel during rotational assignments.
