Retail Operation Manager

Job Description:

1. Adaptation and Execution of Retail Strategies:

- Adapt the company's retail strategies to the local Thai market, ensuring they are in line with cultural and consumer preferences.

- Execute retail strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance.

2. Management of Retail Staff:

- Oversee the daily operations of the retail stores, including staffing, training, and performance management of retail personnel.

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the retail team.

3. Operational Standards and Processes:

- Establish and maintain operational standards and processes that align with the company's global policies and local market requirements.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

4. Budget Planning and Management:

- Develop and manage the retail budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.

- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making.

5. Local Market Adaptation:

- Understand the local retail market dynamics in Thailand, including customer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in Thai and English languages.
• Experience in budget management and financial planning.
• A deep understanding of the Thai retail market and consumer behavior.
