Key responsibilities:
Training and Education
- Lead the creation of brand training strategy, working with key stakeholders including Brand holder and Regional Training Team and Brand Manager.
- Design, develop, oversee, and conduct Brand and Product Training Programs for all related stakeholder (Agency, Vendor who related to consumer, Business Partners, MUA team, KOLs and other third party)
- Train all sales frontline employees with product knowledge and selling behaviors to enable them to consistently achieve and exceed sales and service goals in line with published brand expectations. Include Make Up Artist services, flow of services and other soft skills.
- Regularly review training effectiveness and implement findings into training strategy.
- Create and execute best-in-class training program for brands.
- Cascade and share Training Strategy to team and related team.
- Coaching and motivating team members and MUA Frontline.
Manage and develop Front Line Team
- Responsible for the talent development and career development plan.
- Manage and direct programs focusing on sales, service, and customer experience including Mystery Shoppers program to measure performance.
- Lead the creation of tools and workshops in response to in-store learning and needs of the business.
- Complete & submit Training plans and recaps on time and within guidelines and budgets.
- Participate in regional relevant Training Conferences and Seminars.
- Process on recognition, reward for MUA and align all policy, rules, and regulation. Process on certified services for MUA.
- Ensure all uniform update with Brand holder (Regional).
- Support Sales team for recruiting new MUA and support for evaluation, grading MUA.
- Support team for Digital-Online communication and offline communication.
Manage Training Relationship with all key stakeholder.
- Build strong and meaningful relationships with stakeholder (Brand holder, Regional, Retailers, MUA Frontline)
- Establish the right events to participate in, based on collaboration with the team & awareness of potential for return (include retailer relationship).
- Ensure retailer training needs are met to maximize sales and business opportunity.
- Support special events or product focus activities via appropriate and timely training to field teams.
- Support Marketing team for FDA verify.
- Support team for consumer activation (In-store Workshop, Live Streaming) and support team when customers' complaint (external and internal) or help team for FAQ - SNS, EC
- Lazada, online, offline)
- Provide report for Brand Holder (Monitor counselling) and other report related e.g.,
- education report, productivity report.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration, Management or related field
- 4-5 years of experience at Senior Field Trainer level or above.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry
- Highly developed presentation skills across a range of training mediums and group sizes;
- including internal and external participants.
- Able to facilitate training seminars, ensuring maximized participant learning and
- understanding of content.
- Strong leader with flexibility, excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and others software related.
- Experience of researching, implementing, and managing digital solutions for learning.
- Excellent communication both in Thai and English
