Responsible for the leasing, tenancy negotiations and lease management activities of malls under The Mall Group.
Assist in implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the malls.
Recommend trade, tenancy mix and target brands based on the malls concept and positioning.
Liaise with both internal-department and external parties for lease and tenant related matters.
Lease Administrations Quotation, MOU, Letter or offer (if any), Documentation Tracking, Variations, liaison with internal and external related departments/parties.
Obtaining up-to-date marketing intelligence and latest trends of the assigned category.
Qualification:
Selling and renting space in shopping centers, especially international fashion brands, for over 5 years.
Communication / Presentation / Writing and reading in English.
Negotiation technique, Strategic thinking.
