    Executive Sales Engineer (Private Enterprise)

    Position Details

    Job Description

    1. Strategic Sales & Business Development

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting private enterprise clients for Solar PV System EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, as well as other energy-related products and services within the group.

    • Analyze client requirements and propose tailored energy solutions that align with their operational and sustainability goals.

    2. Sales Cycle Management

    • Manage the full sales process—from lead generation, proposal development, and client presentations to contract negotiation and deal closure—to meet or exceed sales targets.

    • Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized and competitive proposals.

    3. Market & Opportunity Analysis

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to support executive decision-making.

    4. Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

    • Expand the company’s market presence by developing opportunities in new industries and territories.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

    • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Solar PV EPC or renewable energy sector, with a focus on private sector clients.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

    • Basic knowledge of solar PV technology, EV solutions, and energy-related services is an advantage.

    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client engagements.
