Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels and provide initial product and service information. 

• Coordinate with potential clients throughout the sales process—from lead follow-up, proposal delivery, to scheduling meetings for the sales team. 

• Prepare sales documents, including quotations, technical proposals, and customized presentations. 

• Work with internal departments (engineering, BD, operations) to gather technical data and ensure accurate, complete proposal packages. 

• Update customer records and manage sales activity logs using CRM tools. 

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth coordination in all sales-related tasks. 

• Occasionally join site visits or industry events to support business activities.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or admin roles (experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a strong plus). 

• Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales and engineering teams. 

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and deliver high-quality work. 

• Basic understanding of solar PV systems, EVs, O&M services, and energy-related solutions is preferred. 

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset. 

• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. 

• Valid driver’s license required; occasional travel for client meetings or site support may be necessary.
