    Senior Product Manager - Facial Aesthetics

    Position Details

    Job Responsibilities

    Planning and Organizing:

    • Develop a strategic roadmap for the assigned brand to achieve short, mid, and long-term objectives, expanding Allergan Aesthetics' business.
    • Identify necessary resources and provide strategic recommendations on brand resources (manpower, financial investment) to senior management. Collaborate with finance to create business cases ensuring appropriate investment.
    • Plan and establish marketing budgets (A&P) to maximize market potential.
    • Create marketing strategies to meet brand sales targets within company objectives.
    • Review product marketing plans to meet business unit goals.
    • Gather data on customer needs, market size, growth, and competitive positioning; initiate market research as needed.
    • Plan new product launches and recommend pricing strategies to optimize sales and gross profit.
    • Coordinate with regulatory managers to prioritize and secure product registrations before launch, and maintain existing product registrations.
    • Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and trainers to provide education and recommendations to the Area Brand Lead for thought leader development.

    Implementation, Coordination, and Monitoring:

    • Lead cross-functional brand teams (Sales, AMI, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Digital, Consumer Marketing, Business Excellence) to implement brand programs and achieve milestones based on objectives and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with above-market stakeholders to localize brands and marketing programs. Provide feedback to improve brand programs.
    • Manage new product development and existing business in coordination with the Area Brand Lead and R&D.
    • Optimize in-market business resources to achieve goals.
    • Build relationships with key opinion leaders to support and enhance the company image.
    • Develop creative input for marketing plans, strategies, and promotional activities to maximize market impact.
    • Monitor competitive product promotions and develop countermeasures.
    • Review product progress with Sales Managers and implement corrective measures as necessary.
    • Conduct training related to product promotion for the sales team.
    • Organize, implement, control, and report on pre-launch campaigns.
    • Liaise with Regulatory Affairs and Sales Managers on safety monitoring for assigned products.

    People Management:

    • Manage, guide, and coach Associate Product Managers/Product Managers to meet business results and brand objectives.
    • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to enhance productivity and success within the marketing department.

    Miscellaneous:

    • Utilize effective communication skills to impact field staff meetings, conferences, and promotional presentations.
    • Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative product performance and recommend improvements, market opportunities, and new product integration.


    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing; Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
    • Experience in the Aesthetic field preferred.
    • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an MNC.
    • Willingness to travel for field learning and training.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record in cross-functional team leadership.
    • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
