Define a competitive advantage for your category in line with the Product Line strategy and build a robust 5-year roadmap
Identify opportunities based on the market sizing for the category across each market
Identify and deliver consumer insights for the category working with Marketing & Markets
Develop strong propositions with unique selling points based on consumer insights to drive market share growth
Build a model catalogue for the category
Lead the product development steps along with project managers
Manage sourcing initiatives with global sourcing team to identify & develop better strategic suppliers (when required)
Lead the delivery of commercial results for the category
Ensure the readiness of the commercial launch in collaboration with Design, R&D, Marketing and CAs Product Line teams
Define VPM (Volume, Price, Mix) strategy and look for business insights to improve further
Steer the monthly commercial business reviews and drive commercial agenda for the category

Minimum Experience
5-10 Years of experience in building a business and developing commercial results.
Proven ability to operate in a large, complex organization and maximize the value of strong brands.
Sound commercial experience as business development/sales/channels and/or key account management or/and Marketing/Product Management closely supporting Sales force.
