Sales Staff (สินค้า FMCG พวกขนม)

เงินเดือน : THB 19,000 – 23,000 (Total Package)

สถานที่ทำงาน : (MRT ASoke) SERM-MIT TOWER

วันทำงาน : Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00 hrs.

คุณสมบัติ

• ชาย/หญิงสัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 26 ปี

• จบปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือเศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์หรือวิศวกรรมศาสตร์

• มีประสบการณ์การขาย 1-2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม FMCG จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการคำนวณและคณิตศาสตร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน

• ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน PowerPoint และ Excel (ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสูตร เช่น Sum, If, Pivot, V lookup จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• สามารถสื่อสาร อ่าน และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ (หากมีคะแนน TOEIC สูงกว่า 600 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• สามารถทำงานเอกสารได้

• สามารถทำงานนอกออฟฟิศได้ (พบปะลูกค้า สำรวจสินค้าในร้านค้า ปกติสัปดาห์ละ 1-3 ครั้ง เดินทางโดยไม่ต้องพักค้างคืน)

• หากมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์และสามารถขับรถได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

เนื้องาน

• Monitor daily sales, ensure current customer sales meet target sales, analyze ways to increase sales, and improve service level

• Handle sales tasks from quotation to order processing (in the SAP system), coordinate with customers, handle complaints, and solve sales-related issues

• Forecast sales for responsible customers to plan product production

• Summarize weekly/monthly sales and expense reports, and present to superiors

• Conduct store surveys, coordinate with the marketing team to analyze ways to support the sales team, increase in-store sales, or visibility

• Plan promotions and campaigns with various stores and marketing teams to boost sales, collaborate with partners

• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors/Managers
