Sales Team Leader - IKEA Bangna
Responsibilities:
As the team leader, you are also responsible to monitor your man-hours budget and ensure that your HFB is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers at all times.
Leading your HFB area, you are to oversee the general maintenance of area and strong commercial basics level
Support the efficient working of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA Concept
Your working base is the shop floor where you lead by example every day, supporting, challenging and coaching co-workers.
You are passionate about the IKEA products in your shop. You create a high level of knowledge about the products’ features and benefits, and share this with customers and your team.
Qualifications:
With strong strategic analytical abilities to develop sales strategy based on local market demographics and economic conditions
Self-motivated and results driven
you must have a genuine interest and knowledge of home furnishing and the desire to bring out the best in co-workers in serving the customers’ needs and growing the Company’s business
