    Clinical Manager, Thailand (Cardiac/Endovascular)

    Position Details

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide best in class clinical user support creating customer delight through top notch knowledge and a sense of patient centric behavior
    • Achieve revenue goals
    • Deliver customers and distributor trainings
    • Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively
    • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Distributor teams to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business gain market share and differentiate from its competitors
    • Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and decision makers
    • Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, both clinical and economic stakeholders in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential
    • Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities, and strategies in Thailand.
    • Willing to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumen
    • Organize live case workshops to drive best practices in clinical success and patient selection
    • Willing to work long and odd hours to meet emergency patient needs and demonstrate creative acumen in ensuring that the right inventory is available for successful outcomes in the procedure.
    • Deliver customers and distributor trainings


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Life science related field preferred.
    • More than 5 years of medical device industry experience, with endovascular and/or cardiac surgery experience
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile organization and is motivated by a high growth and high performing environment
    • Demonstrated solutions-focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutions
    • Ability to gain in-depth product and procedural knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all hospital/physician stakeholders
    • Must be self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
    • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout territory
    • Must be highly motivated and have strong desire to succeed in a demanding role
    • Basic IT literacy
    • Resident within Thailand
