Deliver customers and distributor trainings
Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Distributor teams to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business gain market share and differentiate from its competitors
Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and decision makers
Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, both clinical and economic stakeholders in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential
Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities, and strategies in Thailand.
Willing to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumen
Organize live case workshops to drive best practices in clinical success and patient selection
Willing to work long and odd hours to meet emergency patient needs and demonstrate creative acumen in ensuring that the right inventory is available for successful outcomes in the procedure.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Life science related field preferred.
More than 5 years of medical device industry experience, with endovascular and/or cardiac surgery experience
Ability to work in a fast paced, agile organization and is motivated by a high growth and high performing environment
Demonstrated solutions-focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutions
Ability to gain in-depth product and procedural knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all hospital/physician stakeholders
Must be self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout territory
Must be highly motivated and have strong desire to succeed in a demanding role
