Job Responsibility:
Engineering Process Design and Optimization
- The definition, documentation, and continuous enhancement of end-to-end engineering and producitn processes, including identifying inefficiencies, promoting standardization, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. It also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
Data Governance and Management
- Data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. It also includes defining and enforcing data quality controls, data classification, ownership, and lifecycle management. Collaboration with data stakeholders is crucial to identify data needs, define standards, and ensure compliance, while driving data management initiatives such as integration, cleansing, and stewardship activities.
SAP Process and Data Governance
- SAP template changes, establish process and data governance frameworks, monitor and ensure performance against set metrics, enforce governance standards, and maintain comprehensive process and data documentation within your process domain.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align practices with strategic priorities, facilitating workshops and training for process and data management, and providing guidance as a subject matter expert on process and data-related matters to stakeholders at all levels.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Track KPIs performance, prepare reports, and analyze data performance, present regular reports, and dashboards, analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance analysis.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Updated on industry trends, drive innovation initiatives for process and data, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and champion the adoption of methodologies and frameworks to enhance efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engieering, operations management, or a related field, a master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in process management, process improvement, data governance, data management, or related roles, preferably in a global manufaturing organization.
- Strong knowledge of engineering process design methodologies, process mapping, data governance frameworks, and data management best practices.
- SAP know-how and competence, including knowledge of relevant SAP solutions.
- Competence in the functionalities of processes in the SAP system
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and data-related challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Change management expertise to drive process and data adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools, data governance tools, data analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellenece English lituracy with experience working in the multi-culture. Thai communicaiotn skill is a must
