Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring user-friendly navigation and seamless customer experiences.
Oversee in-platform advertising campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant marketplaces to maximize visibility and sales.
Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates and improved user experience.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop digital advertising, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
Analyze web analytics and KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
Manage relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies and platform providers.
Oversee the customer service function to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Proven experience with e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Proficient in managing Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplace ads.
Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
