Corporate Brand Strategy & Communications Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The primary role is to develop and manage all brand campaigns for both internal and external audiences. Develop and manage all brand campaigns for both internal and external audiences.
Brand strategy
Formulate brand and communication strategy, roadmap and big ideas
Develop brand campaign by “Branding from inside-out” approach
Brand roll-out
Collaborate with all biz groups including affiliates to align brand and communication message
Work closely with agencies for the development of creative works
Responsible for all ATL & BTL of brand campaigns to ensure all the execution is implemented effectively according to communication plan
Brand custodian
Work closely with graphic team and agency to develop KING POWER brand guideline
Liaise as a “Brand guardian” ensure that all content is within brand guidelines and aligns to the KING POWER aesthetic
Provide solutions and consultancy for all brand issues / problems
Cost effectiveness
Plan and manage project’s budget
Ensure operation runs within approved budget
Lean / improve process
Initiate better brand building mechanics / tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in creating and executing successful brand campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding principles and communication strategies.
