Product Development Marketing Manager - Konnet

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Konnet, a leading developer of innovative products with competitive advantage to meet customer needs. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new product opportunities, conducting competitor analysis and surveys, developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from development to launch. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are successfully introduced to the market and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

- Lead the product development team: Spearhead the creation of innovative products with compelling selling points for the market.

- Build the roadmap and product pipeline: Develop a comprehensive roadmap, presenting it to upper management while analyzing customer needs, market trends, potential partnerships, and ROI.

- Seek new opportunities: Evaluate current competitors and assess market situations to identify strategic opportunities.

- Initiate key selling points: Define and oversee the creation of compelling product narratives, ensuring effective copywriting.

- Design product selling points: Analyze new products based on market needs, our identity, direct competitors, and consumer preferences.

- Identify new product opportunities: Conduct thorough market research to discover unmet customer needs and trends within the cosmetic industry.

- Conduct competitor analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape to pinpoint opportunities for differentiating our products.

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies: Create comprehensive strategies aligning with overall marketing objectives for successful product launches.

- Develop and manage marketing materials: Craft compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and developments to adapt strategies accordingly.

- New design: Establish design requirements based on briefs from internal and external teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.

- Proven experience in identifying new product opportunities and conducting market research.

- Strong understanding of competitor analysis and go-to-market strategies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for the cosmetic industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
