Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to make informed decisions about the product development.

• Developing and overseeing of product: Product roadmaps, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery, creating and managing product requirements documents and specifications, and prioritizing the product backlog based on market, customer, and business needs.

• Gathering customer feedback through various means, defining and monitoring key performance metrics, and analyzing product performance data to make informed improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development, training material creation, knowledge management and go-to-market planning, utilizing agile methodologies and effective communication to align on product goals and plans.

• Provide ongoing product support and product lifecycle management.

• Develop and manage the product budget, including identifying and allocating resources, tracking expenses, and ensuring budget constraints are met.

Qualifications:

• Background in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.

• Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile).

• Experienced with digital products, knowledgeable in new technology.

• Highly preferred for candidates to have experience in Quality Assurance (Software Tester) looking to transition into product management.

• Project management skills, including budgeting, time tracking and problem-solving.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze data, interpret financial statements, and make informed decisions that drive product outcomes and improvements.

• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment.

• Experience with prototyping, user journey and service design is highly desired.

• Strong product mindset, able to deliver incremental features.

• Sense of ownership and accountability.
