Job Description

• We are looking for a self-starter, innovative, strategic thinker with leadership to join our Center of Excellence team. We are committed to providing the best possible efficiency. The COE is a self-driven individuals who has courage to initiate, lead critical, manage complex projects and programs, and build relationships across the business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the value stream efficiency and continuous improvement processes in place, aimed at ensuring our business maximize its value to customers as they and we grow, as well as sustainability.
• You will be responsible to drive and lead program that designs and implements value-based solutions to support our professional team across the organization around the world. Your work will build upon and create new professional ways for our team in realizing satisfied and effective solutions, thus, to best serve our customers. You and your team will serve as thought leaders and offer unique guidance, inspires innovation and influences others through balance of arts and science.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree, industrial engineering with MBA is a plus, PM certifications are also a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with data analytics.
• Experience as a people leader and an individual contributor managing project and program teams and delivering solutions of varying size and complexity with ability to execute against specified targets.
• Demonstrable leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills with ability to clearly explain sophisticated issues to a range of audiences
• Experience in a high-growth organization, you’ve previously grown teams quickly, in an fast paced environment with some ambiguity. Also, direct experiences in digital transformation is also a plus.
• Proven experience with business process improvement, risk management and implementation of policies and processes that have been scalable.
