Specialist, Operations Performance

About The Opportunity

• Deep-dive into daily operations to identify gaps and propose solutions accordingly
• Work with multiple sources of data to troubleshoot operational problems
• Act as a bridge between the local country teams and regional tech teams to investigate and escalate issues/bugs.
• Coordinate and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including local country teams to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Review day-to-day operational processes, identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations to achieve KPI targets.
• Project Management for new product launches
• Monitor all countries' performance with a strong focus on target achievement
• Support ad-hoc data requests

What you need to be successful

• Education in Statistics, Computer Science, Business or any other analytical field
• Analytical mindset and business acumen with ability discover patterns and trends and to take actions based on findings
• Must be extremely detail oriented, have a problem solving attitude and be good at stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical skills, including working knowledge of analytics tools (SQL, Data Studio, Tableau) is a must
• Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve complex operational problems
• Fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English
