Align project scopes with CEO and plans on project management activities, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and driving the project through collaborating with the related parties to ensure end-to-end deliver of the CEO projects.
Identifying and managing risks associated with each project and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
Providing an on-demand data-driven insights and analysis to support CEO decision making.
Monitoring the progress of each project, providing the CEO with timely updates.
Design and deliver relevant company dashboards and presentations for a range of internal and external communications and stakeholder management.
Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation and provide budget outline to CEO.
Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
Undertake regular research on industry trends, competitors benchmarking to provide industry updates and insights for the CEO.
Attend meetings with the CEO and on behalf of the CEO and provide support such as capturing meeting notes and actions require, with follow up for the CEO.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Skills
Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Technology, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in Retail/Wholesale, FMCG, a consulting firm or in a fast-paced environment.
Self starter with strong project management, analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill, attention to details, and learning agility.
Strong data analytics and digital literacy.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, other IT software is a plus e.g. ERP, CRM, Jira, Mira
Excellent command of English & Thai Communications'
