    Position Details

    About the job

    • Align project scopes with CEO and plans on project management activities, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and driving the project through collaborating with the related parties to ensure end-to-end deliver of the CEO projects.
    • Identifying and managing risks associated with each project and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
    • Providing an on-demand data-driven insights and analysis to support CEO decision making.
    • Monitoring the progress of each project, providing the CEO with timely updates.
    • Design and deliver relevant company dashboards and presentations for a range of internal and external communications and stakeholder management.
    • Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation and provide budget outline to CEO.
    • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
    • Undertake regular research on industry trends, competitors benchmarking to provide industry updates and insights for the CEO.
    • Attend meetings with the CEO and on behalf of the CEO and provide support such as capturing meeting notes and actions require, with follow up for the CEO.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    Key Skills

    • Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Technology, or related disciplines.
    • At least 5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in Retail/Wholesale, FMCG, a consulting firm or in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self starter with strong project management, analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill, attention to details, and learning agility.
    • Strong data analytics and digital literacy.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, other IT software is a plus e.g. ERP, CRM, Jira, Mira
    • Excellent command of English & Thai Communications'
