Set up overall Thailand GT e-B2B strategy, to grow the platform adoption and sale growth
- Plan strategic direction to grow in next 2 years term
- Perfect e-B2B fundamental; search, 7OA, landing page
- Develop Omni Channel and Category Plan
- Media maximization and planning
- Be the first of B2B platform partner of choice to choose
Good at shopper marketing and insight
- Disrupt traditional way of working among all parties to think “e-B2B” as new game changing tool
- Tailor category plan into action to win shoppers right
- Market/ Distributor/ Retailer and Sales rep understanding
- Collaborate with trade marketing (CSP), CMI, D&A and transformation team
- Know best in terms of channel and shopper to design to winning activations ie shopper segmentation and loyalty
Analytical skill and data-driven
- Analyze multiple sources of data as well as insight to capture better to execution team and retailers
- Big data analysis and turn into next action well
- Platform integration with all stakeholders; Unilever internal and Distributor as external engagement
- Excellent Execution and Landing Change
- Management Well equipped with the growth mindset and leadership to land the new advanced e-RTM tool, setting up new team along with retail solution.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in e-COM, account management, channel management or project management
- Strong passion to win with growth mindset
- Open-minded to make the new succession
- Ability to engage with cross function and having influence skill
- Leading the strong team
