Key Responsibilities:

- Location Scouting: Proactively identify potential retail spaces in high-traffic areas of Bangkok, aligning with our brand's target demographics and strategic goals.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor research and analyze market trends to assess the viability and potential profitability of each location.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, property owners, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful negotiations and partnerships.

- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate lease terms and agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for our company while maintaining positive relationships with landlords.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on location scouting activities, market analysis findings, and negotiation progress, providing insights to inform decision-making.

- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed for business development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in offline location scouting and business development, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.

- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, conduct competitor research, and assess the potential of different locations.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and persuasive communicator, capable of building rapport with stakeholders and negotiating effectively.

- Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve targets and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results.

- Proficient in MS Office: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication purposes. Especially Microsoft excel.
